Milk Specialties Global (MSG) is committed to legal compliance and ethical conduct wherever we conduct business, including laws related to the prohibition of human trafficking and slavery.

As set forth in our Supplier Expectations Manual, we expect our suppliers to comply with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act. While MSG does not engage in any verification of its product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery, MSG believes, based upon its experience and knowledge regarding its suppliers and the type of business in which they are engaged, that the risk that its suppliers may engage in slavery or human trafficking is remote.

At the time of hire, all MSG employees are provided a copy of its slavery and human trafficking policies.  MSG employees are expected to follow MSG’s policies and the law, including laws relating to slavery and human trafficking.  The consequences for failing to do so include discipline up to and including termination.
