In March of this year, MSG began milk powder production at our newest facility in Visalia, California. Visalia lies in the heart of California dairy country, Tulare County. Tulare is one of the largest milk producing counties in the US, allowing us to take full advantage of a fresh, local supply of milk, providing the highest quality Grade A, rBGH-free Milk Protein Powders. Additionally, we also have a western supply channel providing rBGH-free whey to our Mountain Lake and Fond du Lac facilities.
We have both sunflower and soy lecithin available for agglomeration. Sunflower lecithin is a great option for natural markets as it is allergen-free as well as non-GMO. Soy lecithin is also available as non-GMO.
All of our Whey and Milk Protein powders are available rBGH-free, Allergen-free and non-GMO. A marketing manager’s dream: one ingredient, three highly sought-after label claims.
