At this year’s IFT19 in New Orleans, we are excited to highlight applications with our most versatile ingredients suitable for today’s active consumers including ketogenic (keto) diet lifestyles and lactose sensitivity.
Attendees can stop by our booth #1755 to taste two great concepts. The first sample was created with consumers in mind who are lactose sensitive or follow the increasingly popular keto lifestyle. We will be showcasing ZERLAC™, lactose free whey and milk protein ingredients. ZERLAC™ will be available to enjoy in a lactose free keto cold brew using ZERLAC™ MPI90 (milk protein isolate). This well-rounded ingredient contains all the essential amino acids needed to help promote muscle and bone health, satisfy hunger, all while removing the possibility of consumer discomfort.
Second, consumers with a love for protein bars will have the opportunity to sample our chocolate peanut butter bars made with our most versatile bar ingredient, BARsoft™. BARsoft™ is a highly functional protein designed to provide a soft texture and optimal sensory experience in high protein bars. It provides the nutritional benefits of complete milk proteins, while reducing moisture migration, ensuring a softer bar for longer.
