People Spotlight

In support of our Mission Statement, MSC recognizes employees who go the extra mile. Each MSC employee is empowered to nominate a colleague or team who is observed exceeding an expectation. This can include such efforts as volunteering to assist another employee, performing responsibilities outside their regular role, or taking the initiative to “just do it” when they see something that needs to be done and acting in a way to exceed a customer’s expectations.

Exceeding Expectations Award Recipients - 4th Quarter 2006

Matt Dressel, MSD Operator, Adell Facility
Although Matt was scheduled to be off work, he came in to work when schedules were tight. Due to this, MSC was able to meet our customer orders.

Ernie Gebhard, Filtermat Bagger, Boscobel Facility
Ernie went above and beyond in his attention to detail, detecting schedule issues and identifying needed labels and tracking information. This resulted in keeping our PEF customers satisfied.

Stever Voelker, Team Leader - Small Packaging, New Holstein Facility
Steve took the initiative to make a product delivery, on his own time, to a customer in the area.
