MSC Nutritional Ingredients produces protein encapsulated fats (PEF) — quality dairy proteins are blended with an edible animal fat and processed into an encapsulated fat product that is easy to handle, soluble and stable. The ingredients are mixed together and processed through a quality controlled and customized process of pasteurization, homogenization and spray drying.

Fats – only the highest quality fats are used. Before unloading, each shipment of fat is tested for critical parameters. This process ensures that only ingredients meeting MSC Nutritional Ingredients’ quality control specifications will be used and that an optimum shelf life is achieved.
