Milk Specialties Global is dedicated to providing the industry with innovations, for both new and existing protein based ingredients. The Intellectual Property will encompass both in vitro and human clinical studies. The first results are expected at the end of summer or early fall 2014.
This particular research is focused on specific amino acid absorption rates and kinetics of nitrogen uptake. Once it is complete, Milk Specialties will publish a white paper and communicate the research and benefits to customers and the industry.
